“ We ordered the beef pho and it was hearty, flavorful and filling. Ordering was fast and the food came out fast. The place was clean and tidy. ”
“ Ok banh mi albeit a bit pricy compared to international district. 9 bucks for a banh mi with an extra egg. ”
“ Saigon Deli is such a staple. I love getting the bahn mi and wonton soup combo with a side of the shrimp spring rolls. The food is tasty, and it's for a great price! My first year living in Seattle I was super close to the restaurant which was so great. I used to go more consistently and the workers would remember my roommate and I's orders! Overall, the people are super kind and the environment is comfortable. ”
“ I come here so much that I lost count. This is a staple in the heart of University district and it's obvious why. The food here is so good and for a great price. So much great dishes too. The owners are also really friendly and nice. This time I got the Spicy beef noodle soup or also know as bun bo hue. One of my favorite Vietnamese noodle dishes and they do it so well here!! Perfect umami flavor and super yummy with loads of seasoning. This is a dish you have to try out for yourself. I also had leftovers for another meal, a two in one meal which is great for us college students on a budget. ”
“ Super cute spot in UW, tiny corner store to grab a quick meal with some friends. The flavors were great, loved the bun bo hue and Thai tea. I wish the bun bo hue had thicker noodles, but otherwise great. Prices were a bit high for the serving size, but not unusual for the area ”
“ On the Ave, Saigon Deli is my go-to place for pho and bahn mi (always get it with the fried egg)! Service is great and to the point, food comes out quickly nice and hot. There's always a solid amount of seating available and with large windows in the front, the vibes are consistently chill and nice (the perfect place for a solo meal when you want some time to think). I usually get the pho with beef on the side since I like it raw, which I'd give 5 stars, but I wanted to shake things up so I got the spicy beef soup, honestly not my favorite of the dishes I had here but I did finish the bowl so who am I to complain? ”
“ Came here for the first time and was blown away! Great food for an amazing price, and the service was amazing! The lady was so kind and friendly even during lunch rush! I got the banh mi with chicken and wonton soup combo. The banh mi bread was nice and crispy and the meat was flavorful. The soup was amazing, wontons were perfectly seasoned and the broth was like a warm and comforting pho broth. I'll definitely be coming here again! ”
“ LOVE LOVE LOVE Saigon Deli. The owner is SO sweet. I originally came here because we ordered for here for catering with one of my college groups, and their banh mi was SO GOOD. I come here by myself sometimes and get a banh mi or spring rolls. I'm sure their pho is good too. If you order over the phone it's easy for pickup. Tip: bring cash so you don't have to pay the credit card fee. Tbh even with the credit card fee it's still pretty cheap. So much bang for your buck!!! ”
“ The lady working here is so sweet! This is definitely a hole-in-the-wall type spot, and we almost couldn't find it when looking for it. The inside is quite small with a few tables put closely together in the room, and the entire space is all tight. I ordered the pork banh mi, which came on a toasted baguette with marinated pork, pickled radish and carrot, and a couple other classic toppings. The pork was delicious - super well marinated, tender, and mixed with the mayo made the sandwich super good. There weren't enough pickled veggies as I would have liked, but of the amount there it was good. We also got an egg noodle soup which was great too - the broth was flavorful and the noodles were perfectly cooked. For a quick bite, I would definitely recommend this spot! Nothing super mindblowing, but a solid place for food. ”
